Bump+Bloom is an AI-powered ingredient scanner that evaluates the safety of ingredient lists during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The Service provides general, educational guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All safety ratings, explanations, and guidance provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They are generated using AI models and publicly available research, and though the system updates regularly to find the most recent medical knowledge, it still may not reflect the most current medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We do not assume any liability for decisions made based on information from the Service.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

The Service offers a free tier allowing up to 25 ingredient checks per day. A one-time Lifetime VIP pass purchase (for $19.99) unlocks unlimited scanning forever. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds, if applicable, are handled at our discretion — please contact us for assistance.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the ingredient lists you submit for analysis.

5. Ingredient Database

When you scan an ingredient that is not already in our glossary, it may be added anonymously to the shared database to benefit other users. By submitting ingredient lists, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the extracted ingredient names and analysis results for this purpose. You retain no ownership claim over individual ingredient names or safety assessments.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logo, and original content, is owned by Bump+Bloom and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bump+Bloom and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its guidance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
