Is this a subscription?
No. The Lifetime VIP pass is a single one-time payment of $19.99. There are no recurring charges, no monthly fees, and nothing to cancel — ever.
What's the difference between Free and Lifetime VIP?
The free tier lets you check up to 25 ingredients per day with full safety analysis. Lifetime VIP removes the daily limit entirely and unlocks unlimited ingredient scans forever. Everything else — scanning methods, allergy & diet tracking, safety alerts, and the glossary — is the same on both tiers.
Do I need to create an account?
You can start scanning immediately without an account. Creating a free account lets you save your scan history and set personal allergy and diet preferences. VIP membership requires an account so we can link your pass to your profile.
What happens if I hit the daily free limit?
You'll see a gentle reminder and can upgrade to Lifetime VIP for unlimited ingredient checks, or simply come back the next day when your 25 free ingredient checks reset.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
